I AM NOT SHIPPING NORMALLY WORLDWIDE. I might put a few items available on my Esty (babirousa) but not everything in this shop will be on there. My etsy wont always be open so I may focus on this shop.
If you want to buy from here have an American friend purchase it for you!
1. How long till my items ship?
-I try to get orders out asap but please anticipate 1-2 week wait time for a shipping notification especially when I first open my shop I get many orders. I have wrist problems so I try to pace myself.
-If they are preorder items I usually have an estimated ship date on the listings. Delays can occur out of my control with preorder items though please be aware!
-Please email me if it's been a while as it is possible I miss your order by certain human errors. I won't bite!
2. How much is shipping? Do you ship to my country?
-USA: $5 first class (3-5 days after drop off)
-Canada: $14 (5-10 days after drop off)
I do not ship from this shop to other countries!
3. Why so much for shipping?
-Large businesses are able to ship cheaper to you with deals from shipping companies. I am just one person shipping domesticly from my home and as a result I do not get the price breaks! There is cost of shipping materials on top of the postage fees as well!
4. My coupon code won't work at checkout?
-make sure its spelled correctly and has no spaces in it. It should show up!!!
-Please email me if you're having trouble with it!
5. There's an item I want that's sold out will you restock?
-It really depends! You can shoot me an email.
6. I want to buy more than a certain amount of one item but it won't let me?
- I'm low in stock and don't have more than whatever amount you're trying to get!
7. Can I combine orders?
-I prefer if you get everything in one go as its hard for me to keep track of these but if you want to make another order and I havnt shipped the first one please note your previous order in the second one and email me for a shipping refund! Again it is hard for me to keep track so its possible I may send your stuff seperately anyway!
8. Can I get a refund?
-I will refund in most cases before shipment and for missing/faulty items. However if it is a very large purchase especially if it is preordered items I may decline to refund you if I have already ordered said items!
9. My item arrived damaged/broken what should I do???
-These things happen! Please take a picture and email me! I can send you a replacement if I have the stock or a refund!
10. How do you make your stuff? Can you give me your manufacturer?
-Please google stuff like "custom acrylic charm" "custom stickers" "custom enamel pins" "how to be an anime con artist" "print shop near me" and shop around for multiple options. Alibaba is also a good place to look.
-If you're new to this try small things first (Prints, Stickers, Buttons, acrylics) and small quantities (5-20 per design).
-Bigcartel is completely free to use for 5 listings and very cheap monthly for 50 listings and added functions. I recommend it if you'd have no problem self promoting yourself.
-Use pirateship for shipping it is free to use and cheaper than shipping at the post office counter.
-Etsy is the best for getting random sales when you are just starting out and/or have a small social following but does have a lot of little fees! Built in shipping functions and covers UK/EU tax issues.
-Im open to helping out with some sources and I love to do it. But its concidered rude by a lot of artists to ask people for their sources. Some people will be frustrated and blunt as artists get the question constantly. Artists supporting artists doesn't mean we should all always agree to sharing our sources!
